Had a successful event today! War Party Barbell put on a powerlifting seminar hosted by the Ponca Tribe Wellness Center, sponsored by Behavioral Health Department. The team gave our youth and other tribal members education and 1on1 instruction for whats needed to compete at powerlifting competitions. Best of luck on their pursuit of breaking records at the next meet. A big thank you to them for taking the time to do this for us today. The Wellness Center looks to continue to have more events in the future.
