The past four years have truly been an incredible journey. What began with our time in the LP organization evolved into the launch of our own organizatin, the ACES. Watching this group of young athletes grow and compete has been one of the most rewarding experiences. Their work ethic, commitment, and competitive spirit have made them a special group, and I couldn’t be prouder.
Our record over those four years—109-36-1—is a reflection of their hard work and talent. But more importantly, I’ve always cared most about their development both on and off the field. My greatest hope is that each of them takes something from these years that will serve them well in their high school careers and life beyond the field. That’s what this is really all about.
To all the families—thank you. Your dedication, support, and countless hours spent at practices, games, and tournaments have meant everything to this organization. We could not have done this without you.
To my fellow coaches—thank you for being part of this journey with me. Your patience, support, and shared commitment made this possible. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside a great group of people.
As we look ahead to next season, there will be a transition for ACES 13U. Carlos Larios, Curt Frund, and I will be stepping down as coaches. I will be president of the organization/11u coach, Carlos vice president, and Curt a board member. Brett Carlson, Adam Curran, Matt Lamps, and Heath Heiberger will be stepping into the coaching roles, and I have full confidence that they will continue to move this team forward and help these players reach new heights.
A special thank you to Carlos and my dad for everything over the past four years. From winter training sessions to summer weekends on the field, your dedication never wavered. This ride wouldn’t have been the same without you—and I’m deeply grateful.
Thank you all for being part of this incredible chapter.
