Research shows dance therapy improves balance, turning, walking, and daily functioning for people with additional needs and disabilities.

Translation? Every time your kid dances, they’re building skills that show up in real life. Getting dressed, walking to the car, climbing the stairs, all of it.

A meta-analysis of 41 studies and over 2,300 participants found that dance therapy improved quality of life, depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, cognitive skills, AND motor skills.

Security footage obtained this morning shows an unidentified suspect breaking into our studio.
Witnesses report the intruder appeared to be “having the time of his life” and refused to leave until the playlist ended.

The people who love the loudest, laugh the hardest, and make every single room a better place just by walking into it. That’s them. My students, my friends, my family. The ones who have quietly and completely changed my whole heart.

You are not just my favorite people. You are my why. You have given me more hope, more laughter, and more heart than you will ever know. The world is so much brighter because you are in it.
