As we prepare to get ready for our 31st Annual Marion rodeo we must first pay tribute to 3R Rodeo company to whom we owe much gratitude for pushing us to start a rodeo, pushing us to improve it and keeping us on track along the way. And, to the Professional Cowboy Association, we thank them for their partnership; one we’ve been blessed to be part of since their founding 30 years ago.
But, not one bit of this is possible without our Marion rodeo sponsors, our community and our spectators. And, we all know it is the contestants, the equine and bovine athletes, the announcers, pick up men, clowns, bull fighters and even the rodeo judges who entertain us all throughout the weekend at the rodeo and bring us the greatest show on dirt (or sometimes mud).
This year at the PCA finals, Marion rodeo was honored by the PCA and the contestants to have been voted the best $600 added money rodeo of 2025 and we are incredibly humbled by this honor.
We plan to make our 31st Marion rodeo a great one on June 26 & 27 in Marion, AL and hope everyone is making plans now to attend this fun, family event that is sure to entertain everyone!
