I just want to take a moment and make a post about our season and the appreciation I have for the boys and the parents.
This season is one I’ll remember for a long time. Year two in a culture change I know is not an easy one but the boys handled adversity and came together stronger as a unit. This season we did some things that hadn’t been done in many years on the boys side and that’s a testament to how much work the boys put in. I’m so very proud of the improvement they had made from last season to this one and over the course of this season. Every single kid improved and got better.
Thank you to all the team parents for your support of us and doing team dinners every week. I really appreciate that you take time to do that for us. It really means so much to me. Team dinners help us come together as a family and the boys look forward to it each week!
Thank you to coach Maxfield and Coach Edwards for everything you did this season, from my late night calls/texts to telling me to stop and go to bed😂 I really appreciate you guys more than you know!
We talked a lot this season about being a part of the process and I know it’s not easy but the boys made sure to leave a good foundation for the next season to build off of.
