24 HOUR GYM RULES AND REGULATIONS
Weights and/or accessories MUST be put back where they
belong. It is a matter of safety and a matter of being
courteous. Please do not slam or throw weights. We will be
monitoring for compliance of this requirement
No rough-housing, horse-play, or fig
hting inside, or outside, of
facility. If FOB is lost or stolen, there is a $20.00 replacement fee. Please notify office during business hours if FOB has been
lost or stolen. Be respectful to other members. Please refrain from vulgar or
abusive language. Be respectful of equipment and facility. You are responsible
for any damages that you cause. Deactivation of FOB will result if account balance becomes 30
days overdue. The works is being monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a
day. An alarm system is activated during non office hours. The only door available for 24 hour use at this time is the side
glass door. DO NOT open any other door unless there is an
emergency in the facility The Alarm will sound. The front office will be unavailable during non office hours
except for employees, trainers, and those authorized to use tanning
beds. These days and hours are subject to change due to membership
needs and at the discretion of The Works Health & Fitness Center. The office will be closed for holidays, holiday weekends and
additional days surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas. These
dates will be posted in the facility 30 days prior to closings, unless
unpreventable circumstances arise. Please remember that if you have signed a 6 or 12 month contract,
your membership will not be canceled until The Works has received
30 days written notice from member. Guests – after hours – same rule applies. The same guest is
allowed to come with a member once a year. After the one visit, guest
must pay $5.00 daily visit charge.
