Due to the snow, the last day of school (In the Tri-Town) is now scheduled to fall on the first day of Week 1 of our Silvershell Summer Program. For those of you already signed up, we have emailed you options on how you'd like to proceed. A timely response is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Softball Families,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that the Girls Youth Softball Clinic originally scheduled for February 28 and March 1 will be rescheduled to next weekend.

Given the tragic passing of one of our district’s 11-year-old students and the services being held this weekend, along with the significant impact of the recent blizzard and the school cancellations throughout the week, I believe it is most appropriate to move the clinic to a later date. Out of respect for the family and our community and to ensure families have the time and flexibility they may need, we will now hold the clinic on March 7 and March 8 at the originally scheduled times and location.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. I know many families plan their schedules carefully, and I appreciate your understanding as we prioritize sensitivity to our community during this difficult time.

Please reply to this email at your earliest convenience to let me know if your child will be able to attend on the new dates. Your response will help us plan appropriately.
