📍 OPPORTUNITY: Private Training Sublease in Downtown Marion

I am looking for one independent Strength & Conditioning Coach to utilize my private studio for youth athlete training.

If you are a coach who has outgrown the commercial gym scene or a team trainer looking for a dedicated "home base" for your athletes, this is for you.

The Details:
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – Close.
• The Model: This is a sublease. You handle your own marketing, scheduling, and billing. You keep 100% of what you earn.
• The Space: A private, professional environment in downtown Marion—fully equipped and ready for high-level performance training. No crowds, no distractions.

Ideal Candidate:
• Focused on youth athletes/sports performance.
• Professional, organized, and carries their own liability insurance.
• Ready to run their own business within an elite facility.

Muscle growth isn’t about “muscle confusion.”
It’s about progressive overload.

Progressive overload means gradually increasing the demand you place on your body over time—adding load, reps, tempo, or control as you get stronger. The stimulus stays intentional, and the progress is measurable. That’s how strength and muscle are actually built.

Set a 5-minute timer.
When it goes off, choose any exercise.
Knock out a quick set.
Repeat.
Keep going for as long as you’re binge watching.
