The Community School of the Arts is a non-profit arts school offering over 200 classes in dance, theatre, music, and visual arts in downtown Marion, IN. CSA offers private lessons in guitar, bass, mandolin, drums, piano, vocal, and art! Wayne to Indianapolis and produces over six performances a year including theatrical productions, plays, dance shows and more. Financial assistance is available an

The Community School of the Arts (CSA) is seeking passionate and creative teaching artists for the 2026–2027 season!

We're looking for instructors interested in teaching visual arts, dance, music, and other creative arts disciplines. Opportunities are flexible and can range from one class per week to multiple classes, depending on your availability and expertise.

We welcome artists interested in working with students of all ages—from preschool through adults—and who are excited to inspire creativity, confidence, and lifelong learning through the arts.
