DINING WITH DIABETES — FOUR-WEEK SERIES

The Marion Family YMCA, OhioHealth, and The Ohio State University Extension are teaming up for a FREE four-week Dining with Diabetes series designed to help adults build healthy, practical habits for managing diabetes.

Thursdays | 12:30–2:30 PM

Please plan to attend all four classes.

Each session includes:
Cooking demonstrations & food samples
Menu planning
Carb counting
Reading food labels

Calling all basketball players ages 9–12! Get ready for an evening packed with skill development, teamwork, and fun at our Fall Basketball Day Clinic!

The small pool will be closed tomorrow, Friday September 11th and Saturday September 12th due to pool temperature.

The boiler for our small pool is currently down. We have ordered the necessary replacement parts, but we have not yet received a shipping confirmation, so we do not have a definite timeline for the repair at this time.

We expect the small pool schedule to be impacted as the water temperature continues to decrease. The water is currently 84.7°F.

If the water temperature drops below 83°F, we will temporarily close the small pool until the boiler has been repaired and the water returns to a comfortable temperature.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to get the boiler repaired as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

The hot-tub will remain open during normal hours of pool operation.

These specialized classes are designed to help individuals manage the effects of stroke by improving:

In addition to guided exercise and wellness activities, participants will connect with others who share similar experiences while gaining the knowledge and confidence to make healthy lifestyle choices that support their overall well-being.
