We're still looking for a few qualified, dedicated coaches who are looking to help do it the right way. We've fielded a ton of calls especially for 10u and 12u baseball, and just about every age of softball. If you're wanting to get into coaching in an organization that truly believes in training and developing players over winning at all costs, or if you have a group of kids and wanting to change organizations, send us a message.

Another awesome week/Weekend for our organization. This kids, coaches, and families get it. Play hard, coach strong, and enjoy the ride and the successes and wins will come to you.

First, Coach Slone and his 13u baseball team traveled to Panama City again this year to play in the USSSA Global World Series for the second year in a row. And for the second year in a row they had a VERY strong showing finishing 3rd overal!

Next, Coach Staiger and his 14u softball girls stayed local and fought hard in the USSSA Double eagle Central states with a solid 3rd place finish for them as well. In addition to a 3rd place finish, they had 2 players awarded the All Tournament Team awards and 2 players with Game MVP awards, one player with multiple.

Next, Coach Peterson and the 15u Barnstormers team traveled to the Akron/Canton area to compete in the Exposure Tournaments Fastball Frenzy. They competed hard against some really strong teams from all over Ohio and pulled away with a 3rd place finish as well.

Lastly, Coach Neville and his High School age team (16-18) traveled to Eastern Michigan University for the FAAST GOAT Championship and came out tournament champs!

Great job everyone!

Nice little side note; we have 2 teams currently competing under USSSA sanctioning. And while it's not a definitive focus, it's always nice to see where they stack up against others.

13u baseball #1 in Ohio, #84 in the central region, and #304 nationally. (2618 total 13u teams)

14u softball #5 in Ohio, #36 in the region, #165 in the nation (774 teams)

Solid weekend overall! 1 hit pitching performance, a HUGE Grand Slam, an undefeated run into the championship game, and many lessons learned! Overall our teams were 11-4-1. Two teams made the finals and came up just short, one was 1 run away in the semi finals from advancing, and one was put out in the quarter finals by the eventual tournament winner. Excited to see how the rest of the season progresses!!

Solid day of pool play for the Barnstormers organization. These coaches and players are showing off all of their hard work and dedication to development from this off season. Barnstormers go 8-0-1 on the day!

13u Slone with victories of 15-7 and 16-0
14u Staiger with a 6-6 tie and 11-0 and 12-1 wins
15u Peterson wins both games 10-4 and 8-3
17/18u Neville 10-1 and 12-3

The Barnstormers 17/18u baseball team willay a competitive schedule this summer and would love to add a few more talented players. They are hosting an open practice this Sunday and you are invited!
