If you are looking for a gym to get some strength and conditioning in, I know a place 😎

We have memberships as low as $35. We do 28 day billing with no other fees. No sign up charge, no maintenance fee. Discounts for the year paid in full.

We have an app that provides workouts with video examples. Me, in the gym, using the equipment. It isn't included in the base membership, but it is only an extra $20.(You also get to see the awesome progression of my many hairstyles, no extra charge)

We have trainers, spots are limited, but I do my best to work around every schedule and get you in. Also, stay tuned, hoping to increase availability shortly. Sessions start at $35. Buy in bulk, save a bit.

Classes? Yeah we got those too, Tue and Thurs, 8am and 530pm. Saturday, 8am. They aren't included in the membership. Non members are welcome at the classes, members get a discount.

Speaking of members, mine are the best around. It's a welcoming, fun environment for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

We do not have a ton of treadmills or cardio equipment, we are a lift weights kind of gym. Don't wanna falsely advertise anything.

There is an open invitation, I workout at least 3 times a week around 545/6 am. Come lift with me.

I didn't have time to put this on the whiteboard but here's a cool workout you can do with no equipment.

20 minute AMRAP (set a timer for 20 minutes, do as many rounds as possible)

50 Jumping Jack's (you can do this modified with no jump, just step to the side.)
40 Mt Climbers (move both feet for one, like just count it when one knee comes forward, these can be done from an elevated surface.)
30 Crunches (keep the mid back in contact with the floor, drive the shoulders towards the feet. You can roll up a towel and place it in the round of your low back for support.)
20 Push Ups (these can be modified or elevated)
10 Burpees (these can be "get up get downs" aka slow burpees aka stand up, lay your chest to the floor, then stand back up)
