Every year we are fortunate enough to work with the Frank Ragnow's Rags Remembered Foundation and give away a fishing trip with Frank Ragnow on our boat! When a simple fishing trip can make great money for a great cause we go all out! The winner this year was greeted with a whole Marine City Package!

They were given a custom rod from MAGS Custom Rods, customs #77 jigs from FatBoy Jigs LLC, a two night hotel stay at the Inn on Water Street, a generous gift certificate and bottles of wine from WaterStreet Winery, delicious cook your catch dinner at the Marine City Fish Company with dessert from the The Sweet Tooth of Marine City! Bill, Frank and Pops wanted to learn how to catch em after dark so what did we do? We grabbed the man himself, John Latham and put a beat down on them! Our books are pretty full until late June but there’s good fishing to be had so get ahold of us if you want to get out🎣

I know a lot of captains will say this, but I’m blessed with the best clients! The guys have been coming out for 5 years with us now and this year they surprised me with this handmade driftwood sign🔥 This time of year gets to be a grind with charters day in and day out, and trying to keep up with the bait shop but this job as led me to some of the best humans I know🙌

We knew RACE WRAPZ was good at what they did but wow🥵 The new Skeeter looks great and fishes better! We’re getting started a little late but next week inspections will be handled and we’ll be on the water! Thank you to Race Wrapz and everyone else that’s going to make 2024 a great year!

Come check out the new Hook One sled for 2024! We went with the Skeeter Products, Inc wx2060 from the crew at Wonderland Marine West, Inc. The motors are broke in and we’ve been fishing it hard and have been very pleased! Inspection and the boat wrap are coming up this week then it’s go time🎣

We still have dates left in April and few left in May! We’ll be fishing the The Ultimate Walleye Derby so if you want a chance to win a boat call and get booked asap! Stay tuned for a full boat walkthrough in the next week or so!

We’ll be at the Ultimate Sport show Grand Rapids with the crew from MAGS Custom Rods! We’ll have the 6’2” and NEW 5’10” Vertical Jigging Rod, float rods, panfish rods and the whole ice fishing selection. Come say what’s up, it’s our last show of the season🤘

Just want to give a huge Thank You to the crew at RACE WRAPZ! They took on a big project for us 2 years ago wrapping the boat and knocked the design and instal out of the park. 2 years later we’re getting ready to sell the boat and peel the wrap off. The boat looks BRAND NEW!

Talk about protecting your investment for a minor cost, Thank you Race Wrapz and I’m looking forward to the next one we build✊

Booking 2024 Dates!!

2023 was an awesome year and we want to thank everyone that fished with us and was apart of our season🙌

With that being said, we are already excited for spring mornings and livewells full of river gold! We are booking for dates in 2024 and only $100 deposit is required to lock in your date. Yes, we do have gift certificates🎅 (The boat is up for sale if anyone has room for a 21’ PolarKraft under the tree…)

Wasn’t sure if it was even possible to remove the slime, blood and stink out of the livewell. Shortly after this picture the spray did it’s work and we’re ready to go!
