Lets talk about CONSISTENCY! If you want to see results, you need to be consistent!
Notice I didnโ€™t say you need to be perfect.

There were days I missed cardio๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

There were days I snacked ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

There were visitors we had to take out to dinner. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

BUT the other 97% of the time

I did all of my cardio ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Hit all the weights๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Was on plan 100% ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿ‘

I still hit my goals and lost weight because I was consistent.
I definitely didnโ€™t do this on my own! kept me in line lol

I hear ๐Ÿ‘‚ a lot from potential clients that when they lift weights, they only get bulky and not that more defined physique they are looking for.ย 

It's not all in their head.ย 

What's happening is that they are gaining ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ muscle, but aren't losing the body fat covering the muscles!

A lot of times this happens because when you workout and become more active, you become hungrier and will eat more ย 

Here are 3 tips to make sure you arenโ€™t getting โ€œbulkyโ€:

- Start tracking your macros, for at least a week to see what you are actually eating.ย  Then cut back a little (ex: 50cals a day) to put yourself in a caloric deficit.ย  Give it about 2 weeks and if no weight is lost then decrease a little more or add in theย belowย 

-Add in some cardio!ย  Don't do any cardio? Take a 2 mile walk 3x's a week.ย  Already are running 3 miles a day?ย  Try increasing your speed/pace or running in an area that is hilly

-Make sure you are fully hydrated!ย  We can confuse thirst with hunger and tend to ย snack.ย  Try and get in a gallon of water a day

Ok people, the left pic was me 5 days postpartum and the right is from this past Saturday. It took me a whole year to get to this point. The baby weight was slow to come off, but that was because I was slow to put the fork down ๐Ÿ˜‚. I lost 26lbs on my own, but the weight stopped dropping and I needed help. Hiring my coach is what got me back on track towards my goals. You can get your pre-pregnancy body back! You just need to put the work and be consistent.

It only took 1 year, but the abs are finally coming back post baby ๐Ÿ‘ถ lol. Iโ€™ve been working with my old coach again to help me lose that baby fat and regain lost muscle (thanks COVID ๐Ÿ™„) Itโ€™s been 2 months, but Iโ€™m seeing some great changes already ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Egg ๐Ÿฅš whites are my go to when I need to get in a good amount of protein without going over in carbs or fats. I always put egg whites on client diets and my coach even puts them on mine. Canโ€™t stand the taste or texture?? Add seasonings, veggies ๐Ÿ… or salsa to make them taste better.
