Who’s ready?! Hot Pilates starts tomorrow with Miss Regan!!! A class you won’t want to miss. Regan holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy; she is certified to teach Hot Pilates/Hot Sculpt and will be guiding both modalities here with us . We couldn’t be more excited to welcome her to our HYLA Family. More classes will be added next week…we’ll see you on the mat!
