Come paddle alongside some of the best in the sport at Baby Beach! 🤙

The Dana Point Harbor Hoot returns Saturday, October 10, bringing first-timers, recreational paddlers, and seasoned racers together at Baby Beach for a full day of stand-up paddleboarding.

Here’s the lineup:

🤙 3K Channel Scoot, with divisions for different boards and abilities
🤙 Harbor Hustle
🤙 Baby Beach Bolt Team Relay, so start rounding up your crew
🤙 Free stroke clinic to sharpen your technique
🐾 SUP & Pup, for you and your four-legged copilot

Registration includes entry into all events, lunch from Board & Brew, an official event towel, and access to the competitor-only raffle.

Gather your ghoulies for something strange at Mother’s Beach. 👻🎃

Make sure to reserve your paddleboard or kayak rental for our Halloween themed Sunset Paddle Cruise with a costume contest & festivities to follow. Cruise through the marina with a creepy crew in costume then stay for a bite.

Consider this your excuse to make your Halloween costume considerably more seaworthy.

Bring the crew because the Marina Monster Paddle Parade & Costume Contest is back Wednesday, October 28th. ☠️

But until then, you can join us for our Original Sunset Paddle Cruise every Wednesday evening at 6 PM at Mother’s Beach in Marina del Rey.

How do you know if your dog would enjoy coming along for a paddle? 🐾

Being comfortable around water and listening when you call are a good starting point. Their willingness to explore a board or kayak on dry land can tell you a little more.

At Pro SUP Shop, your dog can join you paddleboarding or kayaking and we even have doggie life vests to help get them ready.

This Saturday, Coastal Cleanup Day reaches Marina del Rey from the shoreline to the water.

From 9 AM to noon, volunteers will be helping clean the marina, and Pro SUP Shop is donating the use of a few paddleboards and nets for people taking part on the water.

Before you paddle into a Marina del Rey sunset, we’ve got a few things to show you on the sand. 🌅

Did you know your first time paddleboarding can start with our Original Sunset Paddle Cruise? Let the Pro SUP Shop crew know you’re new, and we’ll walk you through the basics on the beach before we head out together.

Want more time to get comfortable? Our group and private paddleboarding lessons can help you build your skills.

From there, the evening takes you past yachts, under bridges, and through the harbor with an eye out for sea lions and other local wildlife. You get to watch the light change across Marina del Rey from your paddleboard or kayak, with a whole evening still ahead of you.
