ABOUT US
Cobb Tennis Community (CTC) is a fun, community-centered tennis academy based at Fair Oaks Tennis Center. Our mission is to make high-quality tennis accessible and affordable for all ages. We’re more than just lessons—we’re building a movement rooted in joy, inclusion, and the love of the game.
ROLE
We’re looking for a reliable, kid-friendly coach to lead beginner youth and adult programs. You'll start with ~9 hours/week over 3 consistent days, with room to grow as our programs expand.
AVAILABILITY REQUIRED:
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Child Beginner (ages 7–10): 5:00–6:00 PM
Child Advanced Beginner (ages 7–10): 6:00–7:00 PM
Saturdays
Tots Tennis (ages 4–6): 8:45–9:30 AM
Adult Level 2: 9:30–10:30 AM
Adult Squad: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coach fun, engaging classes for kids and adults (beginner–intermediate level)
Create a supportive environment that keeps players coming back
Collaborate with leadership for curriculum, quality, and program growth
Commit to consistent weekly sessions (6-week cycles)
Represent the values of community, fun, and accessibility
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Experience coaching children and adults
✅ Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
✅ Commitment to a regular 6-week schedule
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and professionalism
✅ Comfortable working independently & taking initiative
✅ Must qualify as an Independent Contractor
CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Must hold at least one):
PTR Certification
USPTA or USTA (Safe Play Compliance Required)
