Day 3 of Self-Love Challenge is all about exercise!

Workout because you love your body, not because you hate it. When we love something, we take care of it!

Love your body for what it’s been able to do, where you currently are right now, and what you’re working towards in the future! We are all trying to reach our goals towards a healthier lifestyle and habits. It’s so much better when we enjoy the process! If you approach exercise from “I get to do this!” instead of “I have to do this!”, it changes your perspective and changes the results!

Take 30-60 mins today to exercise and move your body! 😊 I was able to get 30 mins in this morning during a HIIT workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ I wanted to do more (Mom duty calls!) but remember any exercise is better than no exercise!
