Today marks the end of an era. Our final adult fitness class. We’ve had many people come through our doors and put work in here. And I thank each of them... but especially these guys (George, Adam, Ned, Tracey, Becky, Stacie and not pictured Jesse, Laura, Louise, and Rion) who were with me from the start in 2016 through the end. It’s been a pleasure coaching you guys and getting to know each of you.

One on one sport specific training is still available. If you’re a middle school, high school, college, or pro athlete looking for off season training, Coach Chris is available on a case by case basis. Feel free to reach out for details.

So far we have 22 coaches signed up for our Level 1 Coaching Course this weekend at in Marietta. We still have room for one or two more. If you’re a strength & conditioning coach at high school or college level this is the one for you to come to as Coach Cohen is an strength & conditioning coach for Savannah State, and Coach Chris is a CSCS*D and RSCC and strength coach with Walton High School, so we teach the movements as they apply to sport specific athletes.

Then Saturday after the course, coach Cohen will be doing a lifting clinic where you can get direct coaching from the 2 time Olympic Team head coach.

What an amazing week with Dmitry Klokov coming in to coach with us for a couple days. It’s not that often you get one of the all time greats in a small environment like that. Dmitry Klokov thank you for coming!

Our next Weightlifting Workshop is with 2x Team USA Head Coach Michael Cohen Michael Cohen Olympic Weightlifting on July 13. The workshop will be open to anyone who wants to come, registration is on Coach Cohens page above. In conjunction with that we will be having the USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coaches Course that weekend as well.
