Wednesday 9/9/26 8-9 am is zoom day (register on website under online offerings )

Swami Kripalu states “The highest spiritual practice is self observation without judgment.” This is why I was so drawn to Kripalu for my yoga certification 20+ years ago.

I snapped this pic because I needed content for this post 😂 and I wasn’t at war with the mirror on this particular day. The way I felt lined up with what the camera caught, content with high self esteem.
In those moments I am way more conscious of Self and way less self conscious. This is why I love yoga and its invitation to turn inward and be curious and less judgmental.
Consistently showing up for ourselves we not only get stronger, we get calmer, and way more content with ourselves and life.
Taking a few days off from teaching 🧘‍♀️

A sweet find while cleaning out the office closet yesterday. You know, the closet, drawer, room we can place “stuff” we want to keep yet don’t have the brain space to file, place or organize. I celebrated the ability to get out of my own way and declutter this closet 👏🥳

Our thoughts have so much power! Shape your day by declaring how you want to be an active agent in your life and community with setting an intention. Ex: I will be an active listener. I will be rooted in the present. I will be open to receiving and giving love. I will stand in my birthright of worthiness.

Be inspired by a child or grandchild in your life to c r e a t e and p l a y and take your seat at the banquet of life.
Our granddaughter Rowan is my art teacher. We sat down together this summer and played with markers and paints. She was flowing with life and creativity. I was swimming upstream against my own conditioned mind stating I can’t paint with water colors very well.
Today the 9 year old in me taught the 65 year old yes you can, by saying yes to life.
Painting is a form of meditation, calming and helps create focus and builds a sense of empowerment.
Join us this week to play and create a flow for your body/mind/spirit with 4 yoga classes.

These words are meant to be marinated in our mind/heart/souls. We truly do affect the atmosphere we are living and breathing in. This is the underlying byproduct of yoga. We become better humans when we fill our mat time with gentleness & kindness to ourselves, this is what we will be extending to others
