Book Review: When You Know Better, You Do Better
Thank you Agustin Perez !!
“Be, Know, Do.” Those three words immediately came to mind as I reflected on this book and the leadership journey behind it.
I am so happy for you and incredibly proud of you! 🙏🏽 When You Know Better, You Do Better is more than a book about leadership—it is a testimony of what can happen when someone is willing to turn passion, pain, experience, and hard-earned lessons into something that can help others grow.
Thank you for taking the time to organize your thoughts and, more importantly, for having the courage to revisit the difficult moments of your life. Writing your story required you to recall your experiences honestly, which also meant reliving some of the pain—not just once, but again through every draft, edit, and proofreading. That takes tremendous strength.
Your willingness to overcome those experiences and then share the lessons from them allows other men and leaders to become better versions of themselves. True leadership is not simply about what we accomplish; it is about using what we have learned to help those coming behind us.
This book reminds us that some of our greatest lessons are born from our most difficult seasons. Passion and pain can produce purpose.
And perhaps that is one of the greatest messages of your journey:
After the fire comes the gold. 🔥✨
Congratulations, Antonio “TheSoldierpreneur” Boyd. Thank you for being willing to Be, Know, and Do—and then teach others to do better because you learned better. 🙏🏽❤️
