ods and principles of martial arts to learn practical self-defense, physical and mental health, and self-empowerment. EVX teaches self-defense skills as well as traditions and history as it relates to the integrity of the art and the self-cultivation of its practitioners. We utilize cognitive-behavioral and coaching psychology to assist in making skills stick for students.
