🚨Tonight!! Wednesday Night Group. All paces welcome. 5:30pm meeting at the armory parking lot across from the townhouse.

Stay afterwards for some food and your favorite COLD beverage at the Townhouse…!!

Will be doing the favorite 4th street loop backwards tonight. Mostly shade however hydration will be key.

Most aerobic mistakes happen on easy days.

Athletes turn recovery runs into threshold sessions.
They push the pace because it feels productive.

The problem?

Easy runs are where your aerobic system learns to become more efficient.

When intensity drifts too high:
• Recovery decreases
• Training quality suffers
• Aerobic development slows

Your Sunday run should feel controlled enough to hold a conversation.

If you cannot speak in complete sentences, you are probably running too hard.

Build the habit of slowing down.

The athletes who improve the most are often the ones willing to run easier than everyone else.

A fantastic morning for the 7k and 3K On the Runway at the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport. Thanks to Ben and his staff that make this a great event. Thank you for allowing Thunderbolt to time your event.

Today we got to see airplanes and a Blackhawk helicopter and even had the opportunity to sit in the rear and the cockpit! What an awesome experience! Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen for their service.
