In ✌️weeks, we're officially kicking off the summer season with a guided paddle through the Conejohalo Flats. We’ll paddle through small brushy islands while observing wildlife, exploring plant life, and experiencing the river ecosystem.

This paddle is in celebration of Lancaster Water Week, a yearly event hosted by 💦

The Lancaster Conservancy protects our wildspaces, which in turn helps protect the health of our rivers and streams. They've done an amazing job protecting the Susquehanna Riverlands, and continue to put a focus on ensuring they stay natural spaces.

Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Lancaster Water Week with us!

We’re excited to be part of this event for the second year. Susquehanna SUP and LandStudies are teaming up to offer a guided paddle through the unique Conejohela Flats, where you’ll explore native and non-native plant species and gain a deeper understanding of the vital role vegetation plays in healthy waterways.

For me, this season was about finding the balance in life

I've found something that fills my cup, and having the opportunity to share that with others has always been the heart of this endeavor of mine. Closing out another season, it's even more apparent to me that my intentions are still the same.

I intend to keep filling my cup and sharing it with others.
