Now introducing: Ian Putnam, Junior, Marietta Tiger, 3rd place OHSAA 3200M, All-Ohio, State Qualifier, Record holder, Track Star.

WHAT A RESUME! 🔥

Ian finished 3rd in the State Meet 3200m with a 9:02.33, breaking his own school record again AND earning All-Ohio honors. 💪🏼

Ian Putnam does it again in the Boys 1600M run at OHSAA Regionals!!

Ian placed 3rd with a time of 4:13.19, now qualifying for state in both the 1600M and 3200M races next weekend at the OHSAA Track and Field State Championship at Jesse Owen’s Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

Ian also now holds the new school record for the Boys 1600M breaking the previous record from 1983, 4.14.18.

Way to go Ian!!

Junior, Ian Putnam is heading to the OHSAA State Track and Field meet at Jesse Owen’s Stadium in Columbus!

Ian ran a 9:10:24 3200M, not only placing 3rd and qualifying, but also breaking the school record for a second time this season!

Way to go Ian!

Ian will be back at Troy High School on Friday competing in the 1600M in the OHSAA Regional race.
