If you’ve ever met my dad, you know he’s always working, always helping someone, and always has a bible verse or word of encouragement to share. His faith, wisdom, and giving heart have blessed so many lives.
I pray God continues to bless him with good health, strength, peace, and many more years to do what he loves. Please help me wish my dad a Happy Birthday!

I was beyond excited to see Bon Jovi in New York tonight. Growing up, my dad always had Bon Jovi playing - and that’s where my love for his music began.

Unfortunately, my flight was canceled because of the weather so the concert wasn’t meant to be this time.

I will admit… I gave myself a 15 minute PITY PARTY. Then reminded myself that some things are simply out of my control.

So I turned up the music, danced around, and made the best of it.

At the end of the day, I’m home, I’m safe, and that’s what matters most.

Life doesn’t always go according to plan, but there’s always something to be grateful for.

Bon Jovi, I tried but it didn’t work out.

What a great way to celebrate the 4th of July.

Thank you to every who came out this morning and brought the energy. We kicked things off with a fun strength and cardio workout- then finished with Zumba. So many smiles, laughs, and calories burned.

I’m grateful for this amazing fitness family. Hope everyone had a safe and healthy 4th of July.

Better late than never. Please help me wish Jill a Happy 50th Birthday!
While she was away on her birthday, we made sure to celebrate once she returned. We kicked things off with a circuit workout and finished with Zumba - one of her favorite classes.
Jill, congratulations on turning 50! This milestone is a celebration of a life well lived and a reminder that the best chapters are still ahead.
Here’s to 50 years of memories, wisdom, strength, and love - and to a new decade filled with good health, happiness, and all the things that bring you joy!
