Mariemont City School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Boys Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach beginning with the 2026-27 school year.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills that foster a positive, student-centered team culture within an education-based athletic program as member of the OHSAA. The head coach, along with their coaching staff, will be committed to the development of student-athletes both on and off the field, while collaborating effectively with coaches, staff, and other athletic programs throughout the department.
Responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining a positive, competitive, and inclusive boys lacrosse program.
Supporting the growth and development of student-athletes throughout their athletic careers.
Working collaboratively with athletic department personnel and other school programs.
Development of season schedule and off-season program.
Promoting sportsmanship, character development, and academic success.
Strengthening and sustaining positive relationships with community youth lacrosse organizations to support program continuity and growth.
Qualified candidates should possess a passion for developing young athletes, a commitment to educational athletics, the ability to serve as a positive role model for students, while building on the past success of the program.
