As coaches we have to listen to what our athletes are telling us, and even what they aren’t telling us. This goes beyond the sport! How can we coach them in sports and life. They will give us the cues we need in order to help them, we just have to listen!

🚨 MARICOPA ELITE TRACK IS LOOKING FOR A FEW MORE ATHLETES 🚨

We have a few spots left before Junior Olympics (June 13–14) and are holding a small round of tryouts. Maricopa Elite is a select competitive track club in Maricopa focused on developing local athletes and building a strong pipeline for our city. Current openings: 🔥 9–10 Boys 🔥 11–12 Boys (relay squad — need speed) 🔥 Girls 15–16. Track experience isn’t required — speed, competitiveness, coachability, and an athletic background matter most. I’ve watched this young woman sacrifice, fight through pressure, and still choose greatness every single day. Coaching her has been an honor. She didn’t just win a Long Jump title… she showed Arizona what happens when talent meets work ethic, belief, and heart.

Maricopa got a STATE CHAMPION. And we’re just getting started. ❤️🖤
