Matt’s Story
“Before Longevity, I knew I needed to make a change.
I had tried to lose weight and get back on track before, but I would make progress, fall back into old habits, and feel like I was starting over again.
When I first got going, I lost 20 pounds fast. I felt better, had more energy, and started building momentum.
Then the holidays hit.
My routine slipped, old habits came back, and I lost the progress I had worked so hard for. After my left knee surgery, I found myself back up to 240 pounds in February 2026.
That was a hard reality check.
But Longevity helped me get back up.
The training, coaching, accountability, and support have been invaluable to my success. I did not have to figure everything out on my own. I had a program to follow, coaches checking in, and a community that helped me stay consistent even when my motivation was not always there.
Now I’m down to 205 pounds.
That is 35 pounds lost since February, but the biggest win is that I found my motivation again.
Longevity has helped me rebuild consistency, regain confidence, and prove to myself that falling off does not mean failing.
You just have to get back up.
I’m proud of the progress I’ve made, and I’m excited to keep going.”
Great job, Matt. This is what real progress looks like. 💪
