Today, on International Day of Charity, we’re kicking off something special—and we’re asking our community to be part of it.

For the next 7 days, we have 3 big goals to help us move one step closer to turning our building into a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for foster, kinship, and adoptive families.

Our goals:
BUILD THE FUND — Raise $10,000
BUILD THE SPACE — Collect 100 needed items
BUILD THE TEAM — Recruit 50 volunteers

After much thought and prayer, I have made the difficult decision to close Maricopa Elite Volleyball Club and not move forward with a 2026–2027 season.

Over the past two years, this club has brought me more joy and pride than I can adequately express. What began as an opportunity to help young athletes grow became something truly special. Together, we built more than volleyball teams—we built friendships, confidence, lasting memories, and a Maricopa Elite family.

To every athlete who trusted us to coach and guide you: thank you. Watching you develop your skills, overcome challenges, support one another, and grow both on and off the court has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

To our parents and families: thank you for trusting us with your daughters, supporting our vision, traveling to tournaments, cheering from the sidelines, and standing beside the club every step of the way. None of our success would have been possible without your commitment and encouragement.

To our coaches and everyone who helped make Maricopa Elite successful: thank you for sharing your time, knowledge, energy, and love for the game. I am incredibly grateful for everything you contributed.

I also want to sincerely thank the new athletes and families who expressed interest in joining us for the upcoming season. Your interest and confidence in our program meant more than you may realize, and I am sorry that we will not have the opportunity to welcome you into the club.

Life has become increasingly busy, and I feel that this is the right time for me to spend more time with my family and focus on other career opportunities. This was not an easy decision, but it is one I know I need to make.

I will always be proud of what we accomplished in two short years. The wins, tournaments, practices, laughter, challenges, and relationships will stay with me forever. Our success was never measured only by what appeared on the scoreboard—it was measured by the growth of our athletes and the family we created together.

It has truly been my honor and joy to serve as the director of Maricopa Elite Volleyball Club. Thank you for believing in me, believing in our coaches, and believing in what we were building.

Although this chapter is coming to an end, the memories and relationships created through Maricopa Elite will always remain close to my heart.

 🏐 Our Inaugural Maricopa Elite + Gold Medal Squared Volleyball Camp is Officially Complete! 🏐

What an incredible four days it has been! Watching these athletes grow, learn, and elevate their game has been truly rewarding. From volleyball IQ and technical skills to mechanics, teamwork, and confidence on the court, these young athletes embraced every challenge and put in the work.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Gold Medal Squared, all of our Maricopa Elite coaches, and especially the parents for trusting us with your athletes and supporting them throughout this journey. Your dedication and commitment helped make this camp a tremendous success.

Most importantly, thank you to all of the athletes who showed up each day ready to learn, compete, and improve. The growth we witnessed over these four days was remarkable, and I know this is only the beginning of what’s ahead for each of you.

As we wrap up our first-ever camp, I hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved and relaxing summer. We look forward to seeing you back in the gym when the temperatures cool down for Open Gyms in October and Club Tryouts in November.

Thank you for making this camp such a memorable experience. The future of Maricopa volleyball is bright!

As we approach the final day of our 4-day Maricopa Elite × Gold Medal Squared Volleyball Camp, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to all of our athletes, parents, Gold Medal Squared coaches and staff, and the Maricopa Elite coaching team.

Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and commitment throughout this camp. It has been incredible to watch these young athletes grow in their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Together, we have helped prepare them for the upcoming school volleyball season and the next chapter of club volleyball.

I look forward to continuing to watch these athletes develop both on and off the court. Thank you for your support, trust, and commitment to making this camp an incredible experience for everyone involved.
