Hello everyone! Just posting to see if anyone is interested in joining in on the fun of running bungee fitness classes!! I have LOVED the journey so far but due to my recent diagnoses of Type 1 Diabetes, it's gotten too difficult to continue running fitness classes. I have decided to practice what I preach and change my workouts to better suite my different glucose levels everyday.

That said, I am looking for someone to take over my classes at The Edge Sports Complex. They are hoping to continue running bungee classes there but are looking for candidates to continue the fun upstairs! Any and all questions please message me!

Thank you all so much for the support in FYI Bungee Fitness, it has truly been a very rewarding experience.

Don't forget about BASELINE CLASSES! Here is where we get used to the way the harness fits and doing very basic movements and stretches. Great for those in their "wiser years" who aren't wanting to do all the jumps and turns. Check it out on Mondays at 6:30pm!
