A little counter for counter from class. 🥋🔥

Working timing, reflexes, and counter-to-counter movement; learning when to flow, when to adjust, and when to take the opening.

Some reps were clean. Some got a little rushed. Everyone had fun.

Just some Balintawak play from class last week. 🥋🔥

Good movement, good reactions, and a lot of laughs; This is one of the best parts of training; when the room relaxes, the flow starts happening naturally, and everyone’s feeding off each other.

No ego. No standing around. Just learning, adjusting, and having fun with the process.

That’s the vibe at Balintawak South Florida. A place to train hard, improve together, and enjoy the journey while doing it.
