Let me tell you about this young man.

Darren has trained less than a month and had the personal courage to jump into a tournament, learning more in 5 minutes of fighting seasoned opponents than you can in 5 months of training. There are some things you can't teach, and this Fighter has it in his blood. I'm very proud of him and can't wait to help him discover his potential.

A big shout out and thank you to our Combat Cousins Scodova's Stable for hosting some joint training for our Teams. Lots of Fight Time and lessons learned through hard work and fellowship. Good training today Fighters!

Had a great time working with Cardington Cub Scouts Pack 95, a little crash course into basic Kickboxing and Discipline. They were some great Kiddos.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: MC Combat Sports is now an Authorized Club for Team USA Boxing, the governing body of the American Olympic Boxing Team and its National League. Adult classes for fundamental skills and athlete fitness are now available. Message for details.

Very proud of my Fighters, making friends and taking 1st place in both the Boys' and Girls' Divisions for Point Fighting. If Coach had his way, they'd be slugging it out with each other for Tournament Champ. Time to work even harder!

Full class tonight, lots of sparring drills and confidence training on the menu. Little by little they're discovering more about themselves and just how capable they can be when they have the personal courage to push out of their comfort zone. Very proud of them.

This evening was an extra special Fight Night with Guest Coaches Johnny and Chandler Stevens coming by to help out the Team for tournament season. Lots of lessons learned and hard work put in by all. Very proud of my Team.

Train the same way you fight. We're learning to live in our equipment, until we're conditioned mentally and physically enough that full gear feels like a second skin and it's not even a variable in our performance. They're 20 minutes into circuit training, tired but motivated. I'm very proud of my Fighters.

Tonight was a big night for my Fighters, it was their first time gearing up and putting their fundamentals together under tournament rules. There is nothing better than seeing them realize there's a difference between knowing a thing, and using it.

We also had an in depth class focusing on how to identify and respond to bullying. Hope everyone is having a fantastic day!
