Pictured below is Senshi Martial Arts Academy Run Club instructor Dave Takach and Senshi yellow belt J.O. Recently J.O. surpassed his personal best running goals under the personal supervision of seasoned 25k veteran Dave Takach.

Dave has mentored many run club members over the years, some who started with zero or limited experience and have gone on to run 5ks and higher .

Dave coaches on Saturdays and has also been known to work with students privately to help them reach and exceed their goals. We find Dave to be selfless and truly dedicated to this craft. Dave Takach is the real deal.
