I’ve spent about 11 years in this industry as a client and instructor, experiencing so many different formats of how to move my body. Over the past 4 years, I’ve worked to create and refine a method that I truly believe in. A method that encapsulates movement, mind and body connection, education, and restoration. Through every phase of my life, movement has been a constant, but it’s had to change and adjust based on what I’m going through. The PowHer Method was designed to support your body in every way it moves and feels so you can depend on it. I have studied and researched and perfected this method over the last four years during which I’ve gotten married, experienced trauma and injuries, carried Gracie for 9 months, given birth, healed, and is now in my postpartum journey 1 year later.
TPM has evolved over this time as have I, and I’m so proud of what it’s become. TPM is not just a method of workouts, but an experience that begins right when you walk into PowHer. It’s the support you need physically and mentally from this community, the spiritual release, and the workout your body deserves. Each format beautifully compliments each other so you can experience it all every week for a healthy, balanced routine.
