"We Solved the Problem of Expensive and Boring 1 on 1 Personal Training." Verus Fit Transformation Lab is a faith-based Team Personal Training Studio. We give you the coaching, accountability, camaraderie and support you need to reach your health, fitness and fat-loss goals. Our vision is to provide cutting-edge NO EXCUSES strength and fitness training that is challenging, results-driven, and effe

ctive in helping both adults and youth achieve their health, fitness, and/or sports performance goals. We are a faith-based Christian organization and believe in training the whole person: body, mind, and spirit in order to be truly successful in life. We believe in drawing strength from the Lord because we believe that “We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us.” Philippians 4:13. We have a "Go Hard" mentality about training because we believe that hard work, commitment, and discipline ALWAYS pays off. The word Verus is Latin, which means “TRUTH.”
