You learn a lot about yourself when you’re forced to sit in the same place for longer than you’re accustomed. For example, yesterday I learned that teaching from my desk puts me too close to distraction... bagels are delicious, is my point. Also, now we know how Riley feels about jumpboard.

100 classes strong 💯✨

Today we’re celebrating Sue on her 100th class — and what an incredible milestone it is. Showing up once is easy… showing up 100 times takes commitment, discipline, and heart.

Sue, you’ve been such a steady, positive presence in the studio. Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s inspiring to everyone around you 🤍
