The game of baseball has a way of bringing people together. Baseball creates bonds and brotherhoods that will last forever. The 2026 Marathon High School Baseball team came together as a family this year to fight for one common goal. Although we fell short of our ultimate goal this season, the memories we made & the run we had will forever remain. 19 wins, District Champions, Regional Semifinal Sweet 16 appearance, big time rivalry wins…these are the moments we should remember from this season. To our 2 seniors Gabriele & Massimo—thank you for taking Marathon Baseball to new heights & for being true leaders on and off the field. To our 5 juniors Dylan, Roco, Jason, Curren, & Cam—thank you for your commitment to the team & for investing so much time into the program this offseason to help us grow. To our Sophomores multi-sport athletes Jack & Andrew—thank you for balancing the heavy demands of both basketball & baseball and for always giving 110% every single time you stepped onto the field. And to our young seventh, eighth, & ninth grade crew; Emmett, Bradley, Miles, Reef, Darian, Tyler—thank you for embracing the challenge of playing and competing at an extremely high level at such a young age & for making the most of every opportunity given…these experiences will surely make you all so much stronger. Marathon Baseball is in a better place because of this 2026 group. As this chapter closes, we look into the future with high hopes & big time goals. WE WILL BE BACK 💙💛
With Love,
