NEW HOMESCHOOL PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & FITNESS PROGRAM 🎉

We’re excited to introduce a new 10-week program at Glory Combat Sports & Fitness designed to help homeschool students ages 11–16 develop their physical fitness, athletic ability, movement skills, and overall health.

Whether your child is brand new to fitness or already competes in sports, the program is designed to meet them at their current level and help them progress.

Students will work on strength & conditioning, speed, agility, coordination, balance, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, sport-specific movement, and proper athletic mechanics, along with practical health and fitness education.

Led by Coach Sheldon Blockburger

Students will have the opportunity to learn from a highly sought-after coach with decades of elite-level experience:

🏅 Olympic Medalist Coach
🏆 NCAA Champion Coach
🎓 Former USC & University of Arizona Coach. 7x NCAA Coach of the year.

This program brings that knowledge to younger students in an age-appropriate environment focused on building a strong athletic foundation.

You do NOT have to be an athlete to join. The goal is to help every student become stronger, move better, improve their fitness, develop confidence in their physical abilities, and build healthy habits they can carry into adulthood.

Runs from September 28th to December 11th.
