It’s never too late to make a move to improve your health and stamina, learn to defend yourself, upgrade your confidence or just gain some knowledge while getting fit. Shin-Gane Aikido is open to men, women, boys and girls who are willing and able to learn and participate in class. Students must be 13 and up. For more information please go to our website or drop by 3532 Greenwood in Maplewood on Wednesday between 6 & 8 p.m.
Classes include one on one instruction and are made up of beginners to upper rank levels.
