Somatic Tools for Overwhelm + Burnout
Sunday, 10/25 12-2pm

Through somatic movement, yoga, breath awareness, meditation, and reflection, you’ll learn simple practices for moments when you feel activated, depleted, scattered or stuck in your head. Katie will help you understand your own stress patterns and give you a personalized toolkit of somatic practices you can use in everyday life.

KIDS YOGA w/ Tatum is back!
Wednesdays at 4pm, 10/7-11/11
6-week session ($150)

Tatum has worked with children ranging from toddlers to 15 years old and believes that every class should spark curiosity, confidence, and joy. She loves creating themed classes centered around a different mood, value, or adventure each week. Student favorites have included A Walk with Peace, Grounding Rocks, Mindful Breathing, Stars in Space, and many more.
Her classes are highly interactive and imaginative, incorporating playful partner poses, freeze dance yoga games, movement-based challenges, storytelling, and creative mindfulness activities that keep children engaged while building strength, balance, and self-awareness.
