We couldn’t wrap up Halloween week without letting our little stars have their moment! 🤩👻✨

Our Peewee Legacy dancers look up to the bigs more than they know, and we love watching them follow in their footsteps while making their own magic! So proud of these little superstars! 🖤

Happy Halloween from all of us at Larkin! 🎃🕸️

Congratulations to our Student of the Week: Alivia Lindgren! 🌟

Livvy started dancing at just 2½ and joined Larkin at age 4. She joined our Baby Competition Line at age 5, and currently dances on Petite Legacy ♥️ Livvy loves the joy and confidence she feels onstage and the friendships and memories she’s made at Larkin. Her favorite styles are contemporary, where she can showcase her flexibility and strength, and tap, where she loves mastering challenging steps and learning new skills! Outside the studio, Livvy loves adventures with family and friends, exploring new places, skiing, boating, lake days, Disney World, Harry Potter, math class, and lasagna! She’s also officially the mac ’n’ cheese queen!

Alivia is such a delight to have in class. She is quiet, attentive and ready to work. There has been a shift in her work ethic outside of the studio which we have noticed from her strength and flexibility improving. Livvy was chosen as our Student of the week for her willingness to learn, and always be an amazing teammate! We are excited to continue to watch Alivia grow as a dancer and watch her sweet personality in the studio and on the stage 🤩 Congratulations, Alivia! We are so proud of you 🌟

We are SO proud to be presenting our next Student of the Week: Elise Wilson! Elise has been dancing at Larkin since she was 1 (mommy & me) and started competition at 4 because she really wanted to learn "hard tricks"! Her favorite thing about dance is being on stage and expressing herself through moving her body. Her favorite dance styles are contemporary and musical theater. She says she loves that they are opposite and she can show her dramatic side and her sassy side! Her favorite dance memory is Larkin winning the Opus Award at her first ever Nationals! It is a memory she will never forget ♥️

When not dancing, Elise loves to ride her bike, swim, go to the park, see musicals with her mom, play with her brother, and do art projects. Another cool thing about her is that she is in a Mandarin Immersion program at school and is learning to read, speak, and write in Mandarin. Her favorite food is Mac & Cheese. She loves to travel and her favorite destination is Kauai. When she is older, she wants to be a Rockette and a Dancing with the Stars Pro!

Elise was chosen as our Student of the Week because of her willingness to learn! She always makes sure she is the hardest worker in the room, and encourages others to be the best versions of themselves as well! There is no challenge too big, and no dream she will not chase. We could not be more proud of the dancer & person she is! Keep dreaming big, Elise! Congratulations ✨

Congratulations Claire, we cannot wait to see what you accomplish next ♥️

Congratulations to our Student of the Week, Aviana Souter!

We are so blessed to have Avi as part of the Larkin family! She truly embodies everything we love about a Larkin dancer: a natural leader, hardworking, respectful, encouraging, and a true friend to everyone around her. She is thriving in Future Legacy, and her beautiful smile and sweet personality bring so much joy to our studio! We are so proud of you, Avi! 💕

Avi started dancing at just two years old and is entering her third year of competition dance! She loves performing, dancing with her best friends, convention classes, acro tricks, and spirit days at the studio. Jazz is her favorite style to perform, but she can’t wait to take the stage with hip hop someday! Outside the studio, Avi loves her Spanish immersion school, swimming, playing outside, family movie nights, french fries, and spending time with her big sister, Amira. She also loves family vacations, with Hawaii, Florida, and Las Vegas among her favorites!

Keep shining, Avi — we love watching you grow and being YOU!

A huge THANK YOU to the incredible University of Minnesota Dance Team for such an inspiring clinic! 〽️✨

We are so grateful for the opportunity for our dancers to learn from, train alongside, and be inspired by such talented, hardworking, and accomplished athletes. The energy, encouragement, and excellence you shared with our dancers made this such a special experience!

There is nothing better than giving our dancers opportunities to learn from people who inspire them to dream bigger, work harder, and continue growing. We left feeling motivated, grateful, and so inspired! 🩷

Thank you, , for welcoming our dancers and sharing your talent and passion with us. What an incredible day! GO GOPHERS! 〽️🐿️✨

Congratulations to our very first Larkin Student of the Week for the 2026-2027 Season: Bella Harris-Zuehlke!

Bella is in her 9th year of dance and 7th year on a competition line at Larkin! She started dancing at Larkin at just 2 years old on our Baby Ballerina Line, and she has been dancing ever since. Bella loves everything about dance—from rehearsals and workshops to performing on stage with her best friends. Her favorite styles are Tap and Jazz, where she loves being sassy, expressive, and showing off her personality.

Outside of dance, Bella loves spending time with friends and family, shopping, sleepovers, bike rides with her dad, and summer days at the park. Her favorite food is spaghetti, she loves Disney World and pandas, and someday she would love to be a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader!

Bella was chosen as Student of the Week because her personality on stage is infectious. She brings so much energy and joy to every performance, and is always kind to her peers. Bella, we are so proud of you and can't wait to see all that is ahead! We love you! Congratulations 🤩
