The Gym Rats 12U are officially taking the field this fall — our first-ever competitive travel squad, coached by Jesus Feliz (6 seasons in the Minnesota Twins organization) and Sean Brown (Caldwell University).

We've extended our roster commitment deadline to August 1 to give a few more families the chance to join. If your player wants in, don't wait — spots are filling.

Whether your kid has never picked up a glove or is gearing up for competitive ball, we've got a spot for them this fall.

Yesterday’s Fall Baseball Clinic at Waterlands was all about the kids, learning, competing, and pushing themselves to get better every rep. From ground balls to pop flies, players showed serious heart and left the field sharper than they came in.

🚨 Meet The Gym Maplewood Baseball Coaching Team – 2025–26 Season! ⚾

🔥 Dan Bielitz – Championship-winning coach with 10+ years of experience; helped lead Chatham HS to its first-ever County Finals in 2024; former college player and certified in CPR/AED + advanced baseball analytics.

🔥 Jesus Feliz – Former Minnesota Twins organization infielder with 6 years of pro ball; appeared in 182 games across the Dominican Summer League, Gulf Coast League, and U.S. minors; now bringing his pro training and passion to youth coaching.

🔥 Sean Brown – Current Caldwell University player (Academic Honor Roll ’24 & ’25); posted a .280 average with 70 hits and 20 stolen bases in two seasons; youth coach since 2023 with a talent for player development and building team culture.

⚾ Together, they bring pro, collegiate, and championship-level coaching to Maplewood. Big things ahead this season!
