Hello race fans
Weekend update
Friday Slayton rained out after heat race complete redo next weekend
Saturday Arlington Raceway-Official Page heat start 3rd finished 2nd feature start 6th finished 2nd to mr Nitro Nate Coopman
Sunday was a nite off

With only 3 nights on new car feelin pretty good about it , some bugs to hopefully work out next weekend but we think we have them

Also adding Toppers and Trailers Plus to the car , Brett and the guys have been a huge help keeping a 33 year old trailer on the road , see them for some awsome deals on trailers , plows and truck accessories

Better late than never

Last weekend was pretty hectic having to get new car ready Digging Dirt Motorsports knocked it out of the park again

Friday slayton
Stop on way at Toppers and Trailers Plus to get cables on trailer door fixed thank you Brett Allen and crew for the fast fix
Then on to Digging Dirt Motorsports to pick up the new ride
Car went in the trailer at 6pm for an hour drive to track , unloaded set tire preasure and barely got belts adjusted before heat line ups
Heat start 1st and won it
Feature started pole but kaytee caught me 3 laps in finished 2nd on a bad alternator
Slayton was also meet the fans night one of my favorite nites the kids come out and see cars up close , lots got pics in the car
Arlington the guys got me fixed on alternator while i adressed some small wiring issues
Heat start 5th finished 2nd
Feature start 5th ran 2nd until a restart ended 3rd behind Nate Coopman and Justin Schelitzche i could get close but those 2 where on a mission
Redwood speedway
There was a great field of cars , but mothernature had other plans thank you Dostals and crew for the attempt

Over all happy with new ride , gonna visit Digging Dirt Motorsports for some adjusting of seat mount on way to Slayton this weekend then its just adjusting to the new car after so long in old on

Hello race fans
Many apologies on the late updates

We now have 3 weeks in at arlington

Week 1 heat start 8th got win
Feature start 5th got the win
That week included a bonus from Olson snownplowing we where thankful they included our class

Week 2 heat start 8th got to 3rd ran out of laps
Feature start 8th blew a tire challenging for 3rd , changed tire but not on pit row restart 8th 3 wide challenge for lead 2 laps back in and was black flagged for where tire was changed , thats on us scored 7th

Week 3
Heat start 4th led most but passed by Mr Hartman on last lap ended 2nd
Feature started 2nd took lead and stayed there for finish

Next weekend we look forward to slayton friday arlington saturday and redwood sunday

Car felt better than expected with tire rule change
Thank you Olson snow removal for the bonus pay !

Next weekend looks to be just Arlington again

Slayton and redwood will be starting weekend of 22nd to 24th

Been a while without updates , 2026 season is closing in

Prep for 2026 has been a slow process , car was finaly unloaded last week ( yes since topless nationals )

The old sunfire from last year is getting a going over so far some springs and struts , fluid changes and with new IMCA rules revamping the tire program ( any wissota guys looking for new 185.60.14 , 205.60.15 , 205.60.16 let me know )

Have some brake work to adress found leaky wheel cylender , need to set camber and toe , mount a few more tires yet

So far plans are
Slayon fridays , Arlington Saturays and when they run us Redwood sundays

Looking forward to seein the fans and fellow racers saturday may 2nd at Arlington

Some big plans in the works with Digging Dirt Motorsports hopefuly early june for a fresh car stay tuned for updates there

A little shout out to new member of the team , happy black cat day Peanut

Happy black cat.day to our recently aquired shop cat Peanut
Peanut was born in the lot with sibling Grey kitty and once spotted we started feeding them
This pic was a major step for Peanut who still is very timid noone has been able to pick up or pet , but will now come into office for food and treats ( arbys roast beef has been favorite so far )

With october here and all imca points figured here is our season recap
We cannot complain this was our best season so far picking up our first track championship then our 2nd track championship at Slayton and Redwood speedway
Arlington apeedway we finished 3rd
Winning imca state points by 483 points
And ending up 12th in imca national points

We are still looking at 1 last race this year , hawkeye downs has dirt laid down and our class runs the 18th , would be hard to pass up such an iconic venue

2026 plans are up in the air , there has been thoughts of trying the new crownvic class , possibly sportsman at slayton but most likely will run the compacts again being we have a dialed in car and a fresh build sitting
