Notes:
All kids classes that previously started at 5:10pm will now start at 5pm

Monday Wednesday Friday 5pm kids are now all ages and all levels welcome.
Tuesday /Thursday : Advanced kids only : must be approved by Coach Jesus

What is Gi and No Gi on the schedule?

The Gi is what the traditional Jiu Jitsu Uniform is called . On Gi days, we train wearing the full uniform and belt showing rank.
No gi days: We train without the full uniform. We wear athletic clothing. We DO NOT wear street clothing . No denim, skirts, dresses, fashion tops with embellishments , nothing with zippers or buttons. Please DO NOT wear tank tops on no gi days. Your shirts should have sleeves that are long enough to cover the armpits. We recommend : moisture wicking Rashguard and gym shorts or pants/leggings
