Next Steps

1. Decide what matters most — coverage, utilities, cost, or proximity.

2. Call or check websites for current availability and pricing (many change frequently).

3. Ask about move-in specials — such as half-price first months on many listings.

4. Measure your RV or trailer to ensure the spot meets size requirements."

This was sent to me via email by a close friend and worthy of sharing for a good laugh about aging:

Hope y'all enjoyed these aging quips from notable individuals.

Here is my own aging quip of acknowledgement: I'm apparently in the accelerated aging lane of life, fast approaching the off ramp.

This probably explains why I'm now content to take our time and just travel in our RV in the slow lane at the speed limit.

Just learned about a new classification, perhaps more appropriately RVing description. There are now rigs referred to as "destination RVs" which pretty much contain everything to duplicate a comfortable cottage. I suspect for snowbirds they would be ideal to venture and stay for the season wherever they like. Also, for those challenged sometimes by tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanoes or whatever, a temporary mobile escape to a relative's or friend's safe property.

Upon review of some of these destination trailers one item is missing, a closet or hangers at the entrance.
