It’s summer in NC & we are training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a gym with no A/C, the way Helio Gracie intended! 🥵

🔻Hydration is key!
🔻Wear No Gi attire under your Gi on Mondays in the event it is hot we will train in no gi.
🔻Wednesdays we will train No Gi (all summer long)

🚨We are CLOSED June 15 to June 19 for summer break.

1A- 4A 114lbs NCHSAA Wrestling State Champ ✅
2x Beach Wrestling National Champion ✅
U20 World Team Qualifier ✅
Graduated with an Associate Degree at 17yo ✅
