LAS Links is consistently used across the nation to meet several requirements, such as identification of ELL students, exit criteria, Title III reporting, and for monitoring the progress of ELL students to ensure students are moving along the stages of language acquisition. The new LAS Links Forms C&D correspond to the goals of Common Core State Standards to insure success of ELLs who need to demonstrate success in academic achievement. LAS Links Forms C&D identify the specific academic language related to the content language of mathematics, science, language arts, social studies, technical subjects, along with instructional and interpersonal communications. LAS Links Online™ accurately assesses Grades 2–12 English language proficiency using a secure, robust online testing platform. Students' spoken and written responses are captured electronically allowing teachers to score the responses anytime, anywhere. Reading and writing selected-response items are also captured electronically and scored automatically, allowing teachers to turn test results into immediate classroom results and helps schools meet ESEA accountability and reporting requirements.
