Hello Players!

Our new feature on our app is here and is being test pilot on court 2 and court 6 again as we continue to fine tune team creation amd rotation, using our app during open gym.

Continuing on 9/4th, our piloting app-powered court rotation on Court 2 and 6 — and it's going to change how game night flows.

Here's what to expect if you're on a pilot court:
See the queue live. No more hovering courtside wondering who's up — the Rotation tab shows exactly who's playing, who's on deck, and where your team stands in line.

On Court 2 winning teams stay on, rotation runs itself. On Court 6 teams play two games and then rotate off to get back in line. Finish a game, confirm the score in the app, and the next matchup is set automatically.

Less arguing about whose turn it is, more playing.

Everyone plays, everyone refs. The on-deck team refs the live game and their captain logs the score — then rotates in. Fair, fast, and all in the app.
Free play finale. Later in the night (after 1130p) the pilot courts opens up — any team from any court or walk-in players can jump into the queue.

How to get in the game: Solo player? Three steps:
1️⃣ Reserve a spot on Court 2 / 6 (or see the front desk when you arrive)
2️⃣ Scan your QR code at check-in
3️⃣ Join a team on Court 2 / 6 in the app — or create one and share your team PIN

Already have a squad?
Get everyone reserved on Court 2 / 6 and check-in, and make sure your team has at least 6 players in the gym. Teams ready at rotation start are placed in the queue automatically — after that, your captain taps Join Queue on the Rotation tab.

Heads up: rotation is teams-only — you need to be on a team of 6 or more checked-in players to play, so don't wait until game time to find your squad!

Everything else stays the same: reserve your spot, scan your QR at the door, form your team. The other courts run as a regular open gym all night.

Hello Open Gym Players!

We will be requiring ALL players to install our new mobile app (available on the in order to check into courts. Our mobile app will manage the entire check in process, as well as keeping track of your accumulated rewards points! If you have our old rewards stamp card, we can manually transfer your points over to your account. Please install the app as soon as you can to help the initial check in process go by quicker for everybody. We will use our new App Registrations on Fridays during the Summer Schedule. Registration for the Fridays will continue to be posted and active at 8pm on the Thursdays, 24hrs prior to the Friday Open Gym Event.

On FRIDAY Open Gym Events :
Check-in Period for REGISTERED players will start at 9:30PM to 10PM.
Waitlist Period starts from 10PM to 11:30PM.
Walk-in Period is from 11:30PM to 1:30AM.
Friday Open Gym Events will close at 3:30AM
