🗓️ Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Kids will be in the studio room enjoying fun movement, games, and activities while you get your workout in.

No scrambling for a babysitter. No skipping your workout because the kids are with you. Just a simple, affordable way to take care of yourself while your little ones have fun.
