🏈 SPORTS DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

With youth football season in full swing, we’re going to pause our Sports Development classes until football season is over.

We know this time of year gets BUSY for our young athletes—and we want them to have the time to focus on their teams, practices, games, school, and recovery.

But don’t worry… Sports Development isn’t going anywhere. 💪

Once football wraps up, we’ll be back and ready to get to work—building:

⚡ Speed + agility
💪 Strength
🔥 Explosiveness
🏃 Athletic movement
🧠 Confidence

We’ll announce our return date and registration information as we get closer.

For now, go have a great season. We’ll see our athletes back at The Battle House when football is over! 🏈

The Lady Tigers put in WORK with us all summer—and they didn’t let the start of the school year become an excuse to slow down.

They’re still showing up.
Still getting stronger.
Still building.

That’s what athletes have to understand: the results you want in season are built long before the lights come on.

Every rep is a seed.
Every workout is an investment.
Every time you show up when it would be easier not to—it matters.

We are SO proud of the work these girls are putting in and we are extremely grateful for Kimberly Edmonson-Montgomery and the trust she has in our program💯
